This workshop helps individuals become more aware of their unique lived experience, strengths, and values, in order to show up more authentically and contribute more intentionally in service of the teams they’re a part of.
Cultivating A Culture of
Co-Creation
Transform your workplace into a co-created experience, where everyone is a proactive participant in the betterment of the organization as a whole.
This workshop includes exercises that will get your people flexing their creativity muscles. We’ll impart tools to help navigate creative tension, and give everyone more confidence to take initiative in innovative ways.
Summer Camp At Work
The work you do is serious business. But when you make time for play and carve out space for freedom and spontaneity, you make room for creativity and connection to emerge. That’s what Summer Camp is all about.
During this workshop, we’ll create an experience that will make your people feel like they’re at camp – even if we’re actually at your company headquarters, or even on Zoom.

How We Do It
The Four Pillars Of Third Nature Leadership
Unlocking Collective Wisdom
The leadership of the future will depend on leaders being able to unlock the knowledge, wisdom, and creativity of their people and teams to navigate near-constant changes. This module teaches you practical techniques to do just that, and be the best for your team as opposed to the best on your team.
Safety & Structure
The highest performing teams have cultures of high psychological safety, where every team member – regardless of background, identity, and level of experience, feels like they can speak their mind fully and contribute meaningfully. This module introduces ways in which leaders can nurture that kind of culture.
Mindfulness
With days that are often filled with back-to-back meetings, it’s imperative for leaders to find ways to ground themselves in order to act intentionally – not react impulsively. This module imparts tools to pause and notice what’s happening on your team in order to choose an intentional response. We include lessons on centering and grounding exercises, and how to shift the energy for in-person or virtual teams.
Authentic Self Expression
No one can be a better you, than you. This module will help you understand what makes the work environment you co-create with your team unique. When you embody your unique differentiators, you will attract the right people and create your biggest impact.
At its core, we believe that leadership is about showing up authentically in service of others.
